Guidelines for Hakai



Just a little cloudy, but we are off to Hakai. We head east and wind our way around rocks and shoals to come out at Hakai Pass.  Just a little lumpy.  Many boats just waiting inside islands to watch for better weather.  Not too bad out here.

 

Thought we saw the Commodores boat, so I dipped the flag.  Some guy with a similar boat is probably wondering what that was all about!!

 

Hakai has really changed since we were last here.  Beautiful grounds and very friendly.  Some Wi-Fi, but not much. 

 

We took a well groomed trail & boardwalk out to West Beach.  Had a picnic and enjoyed even though it was overcast.

Back to OA and waved goodbye and headed south to FURY, on Penrose.  Did see a whale, but not fast enough for a good picture.  Friends on “Osprey” are here.  Tide is so high tand covers the sandy beach.
